Job description Experience 2 8yrs Roles Analyst Senior Analyst Lead Analyst Notice Period Upto 45 days Candidate should be adaptable to work in US shift Please dont bring any assets like laptop as it is not allowed Walkin Details Date 21st Aug 22nd Aug and 23rd Aug Time 10am 1 30 pm H08 HiTech City2 Building HCL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED Phoenix Info city Pvt Ltd SEZ Survey No 34 35 38 Madhapur Hyderabad 500081 Timing Contact Person Vineeta Lakshmi Job Role and Responsibilities The Accounting Analyst will support the transition and steadystate delivery of GL Accounting Reporting activities within the R2R tower for a F A engagement The role is responsible for preparing standard and specialized accounting reports including balance sheets income statements reconciliations journal entries and supporting schedules in line with GAAP client accounting policies SOPs controls and agreed SLAs The Accounting Analyst will analyze moderately complex financial reports and records reconcile and adjust general ledger accounts and bank statements support accounting reserves assets and expenditure related analysis and contribute to accurate and timely close reporting audit support and process stabilization during transition 1 Execute assigned GL Accounting Reporting activities as part of the R2R process tower for migrated or transitioning client scope 2 Prepare standard and specialized accounting reports including balance sheet schedules income statement schedules account analysis close support files and reporting inputs 3 Prepare and post payroll and P R related entries revenue entries service fee revenue revenue recognition entries operational bank entries tax provision entries accruals deposits prepayments reclassification entries personnel reclassifications intercompany entries and statistical journals as assigned 4 Reconcile and adjust general ledger accounts bank statements suspense and clearing accounts intercompany accounts and balance sheet accounts for reporting and close purposes 5 Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in BlackLine or similar reconciliation tools document reconciling items follow up on open items and escalate aged or unresolved exceptions 6 Analyze moderately complex financial reports and accounting records and provide recommendations or explanations related to accounting reserves assets expenditures accruals and unusual account movements 7 Support variance reporting by preparing variance commentary FRG inputs monthly variance review files MAP schedules BoD financial result inputs and other internal management reporting schedules 8 Support statutory tax and regulatory reporting activities including yearend tax packages statutory financial statement inputs indirect tax reporting such as VAT WHT and GST corporate tax reporting tax rollforwards CIT filing support payment initiation support OFAC and other regulatory reporting as assigned 9 Support internal audits external audits SOX testing control audits and evidence preparation by providing journals reconciliations schedules explanations and supporting documentation 10 Participate in transition activities including knowledge transfer process documentation SOP walkthroughs close calendar validation reconciliation inventory setup issue log updates and stabilization support 11 Ensure work is performed in line with client accounting policies GAAP requirements SOPs makerchecker controls approval matrix audit evidence standards SLA timelines and quality expectations 12 Identify recurring issues manual effort reconciliation breaks documentation gaps or reporting inefficiencies and share improvement opportunities with Team Lead or Supervisor
