Sales Coordinator RECD Department Sales Experience 02 Years Employment Type Fulltime Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer coordination quotations orders dispatches documentation and salesrelated reports for RECD Retrofit Emission Control Device products Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team customers and internal departments for smooth order processing Prepare and share quotations proforma invoices purchase orders and other sales documents Maintain customer and sales data accurately Follow up with customers regarding quotations orders payments and delivery schedules Coordinate with production installation service and dispatch teams Prepare and maintain sales reports order status reports and MIS Coordinate RECD dispatches and ensure timely delivery to customers Maintain proper documentation for installations commissioning and aftersales services Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution Maintain records of leads enquiries quotations orders and conversions Support the sales team in Business Development Partner BDP coordination and followups Assist in preparing presentations productrelated documents and other sales materials Ensure timely followup on pending payments and documentation Perform other sales coordination and administrative activities as assigned by management Required Skills Valuable communication and customerhandling skills Basic understanding of sales and order processing Good knowledge of MS Excel Word and email communication Strong coordination and followup skills Good documentation and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic understanding of RECD DGset emission control products will be an advantage Qualification Graduate in any discipline 02 years of experience in sales coordination customer support or a similar role Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply
