We are hiring an IT Project Manager to drive endtoend project execution for our SaaS platform The role will be responsible for taking initiatives from requirements through development testing UAT and release while ensuring clear scope structured planning effective coordination risk management and predictable delivery Key Responsibilities Lead projects from requirement gathering through development testing and release Gather and document requirements assumptions project scope and acceptance criteria Convert requirements into clear user stories and actionable tasks Create and maintain project plans milestones timelines dependencies and priorities Coordinate with developers and QA teams to validate task breakdowns and effort estimates Track daily project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks and blockers Coordinate effectively with Engineering QA Design Product and Leadership teams Manage scope changes by evaluating impact and updating project plans and priorities Conduct project execution activities including daily checkins planning and reviews Prepare regular project status updates covering progress risks and decisions required Coordinate UAT releasereadiness activities checklists and golive planning Required Skills Experience 23 years of experience in Software Project Management IT Project Management Delivery Implementation or PMO roles Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Technical understanding to effectively coordinate with software developers coding is not required Ability to write explicit tasks user stories acceptance criteria and manage project dependencies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment Handson experience with Jira Zoho Sprints ClickUp Asana or similar project management tools Key Skills IT Project Management Software Project Management SaaS SDLC Agile Scrum Jira Project Planning Requirement Gathering User Stories UAT Release Management Risk Management Stakeholder Management Project Delivery
