What we are looking for We are seeking aRegional Accounting Managerto oversee accounting operations across a portfolio of properties The role will be responsible for financial reporting monthend yearend close cash management audits tax coordination lender reporting and team management while ensuring accuracy compliance and process efficiency Job responsibilities Overseemonthly and yearend close including journal entries accruals reconciliations and financial statements EnsureGL accuracy and integrity including balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations ManageAP AR cash balances debt payments andinvestor distributions Review financial reports andbudgettoactual variance analysis Overseelender reporting covenant compliance andreserve draw packages Coordinateaudit and tax activitieswith external auditors and advisors Lead accounting setup and onboarding ofnew properties entities Establish and monitoraccounting controls policies andprocedures Lead mentor and manage the accounting team ensuring quality productivity and timely delivery Partner with senior leadership property management teams lenders auditors and other stakeholders Identify process gaps resolve accounting issues and drive continuous improvements Requirements Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or a related field 5 years of accounting experience preferably in real estate property accounting 2 years of supervisory management experience Strong knowledge ofUS GAAP and property accounting Experience withYardi or similar property accounting software Experience with financial reporting reconciliations budgeting and variance analysis Exposure to audit tax lender reporting and debt compliance activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Robust analytical problemsolving organizational and stakeholdermanagement skills Ability to manage multiple properties priorities and deadlines You must have 5 years of relevant accounting experience Real estate property accounting experience preferred Strong understanding ofUS GAAP and General Ledger accounting Prior experience managing an accounting team Handson experience withYardi or equivalent property accounting software Strong communication skills and a proactive approach Title Regional Accounting Manager Department Accounting Employment Type Full Time Permanent Job Location Remote New Delhi Industry KPO Outsourcing Offshoring Employment Type Fulltime Shift Time EST US Timezone
