Job Description Customer Service Coordinator Spare Parts Logistics Position Customer Service Coordinator Spare Parts Logistics Location Kanjurmarg Mumbai Experience 03 Years Qualification B E B Tech B Sc Joining Immediate Joiner Preferred Industry IT services About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator Spare Parts Logistics to manage customer queries coordinate service requirements and ensure timely availability and delivery of spare parts The role will act as a key coordination point between customers service engineers warehouse vendors and logistics partners Key Responsibilities Customer Service Coordination Handle customer queries related to spare parts service requirements orders and deliveries Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide timely updates Register and track customer service requests and spareparts requirements Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for customer issues requiring spare parts Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status dispatch and delivery timelines Escalate critical or delayed customer issues to the concerned manager Spare Parts Inventory Coordination Coordinate the availability allocation and dispatch of spare parts for customer requirements Check stock availability and coordinate with warehouse teams for material movement Maintain accurate records of spare parts orders stock movements and dispatches Coordinate for replacement return of defective or incorrect spare parts Follow up on shortages pending requirements and backordered parts Logistics Coordination Coordinate with logistics partners for pickup dispatch and delivery of spare parts Track shipments and proactively update customers on delivery status Ensure required documentation such as invoices delivery challans and transport details is completed Follow up on delayed shipments and coordinate resolution of deliveryrelated issues Maintain records of dispatches deliveries and pending shipments MIS Reporting Maintain customer service and spareparts trackers Prepare basic MIS reports on customer requests pending orders dispatches and deliveries Update ERP system records accurately Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely closure of service requests Required Skills Robust customer service and communication skills Good coordination followup and problemsolving abilities Basic understanding of logistics inventory and spareparts operations Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Ability to communicate effectively with customers service engineers warehouse teams and logistics partners Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Positive attitude with a customerfirst approach Willingness to learn about retail automation equipment and systems Candidate Profile BE B Tech in Mechanical Electrical Electronics Industrial Engineering or related discipline or B Sc 03 years of experience in customer service coordination logistics spare parts technical support or operations Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also be considered Candidates with experience in automation retail technology equipment industrial products or technical customer support will be preferred Immediate joiners Candidate should be comfortable working from Kanjurmarg Mumbai Key Performance Areas Timely response and closure of customer requests Accurate coordination of spareparts requirements Timely dispatch and delivery of spare parts Effective coordination with service and logistics teams Accurate documentation and system updates Customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
