Job Description – Warehouse In charge / Godown Location: Kolkata Experience: 3+ Years Industry: Real Estate (Industry experience not mandatory) About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Incharge / Godown Incharge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, material movement, and stock records. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse functioning. Key Responsibilities  Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse/godown.  Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per requirements.  Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement.  Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.  Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.  Maintain proper documentation for GRN, material issues, transfers, and returns.  Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and handling of materials.  Coordinate with purchase, accounts, project/site, and administration teams.  Track damaged, excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.



 Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and protected.  Monitor loading and unloading activities.  Prepare regular inventory and stock reports for management.  Ensure adherence to company policies and warehouse procedures. Requirements  Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/godown management.  Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries can apply.  Real Estate industry experience is not mandatory.  Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.  Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.  Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.  Strong coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.  Should be responsible, organized, and capable of handling warehouse operations independently.
