Key Responsibilities: Monthly payroll and attendance processing PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and statutory compliance Salary sheets, challans, ECR and payroll records Employee salary and attendance queries HR documentation and day-to-day HR operations Mandatory: Payroll processing experience, knowledge of statutory compliance, and valuable MS Excel skills. Qualification: Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
