Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and personnel files.
• Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters and
other HR documents.
• Coordinate employee training and skill development programs.
• Handle leave management and attendance monitoring.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave data.




• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
• Organize employee engagement & motivational activities Setting, Health & Safety (EHS) Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Prepare and update risk assessments (HIRA/JSA).
• Organize safety training and environmental awareness training programs.
• Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness activities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor the use of PPE and ensure compliance.
• Maintain fire safety equipment and coordinate periodic inspections.
• Manage waste disposal and environmental compliance.
• Monitor air, water, and noise pollution as required.
• Maintain EHS records, legal registers, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external EHS audits.
• Lead safety committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Promote safety awareness through campaigns, posters, and awareness programs.
• Ensure contractors and visitors follow safety procedures.
