Job Description JD Senior Executive CRM Collections Real Estate Job Title Senior Executive CRM Collections Department Customer Relationship Management CRM Collections Industry Real Estate Experience 2 to 4 Years Location Osman nagar 6 Days working Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customerfocused Senior Executive CRM Collections to manage postsales customer collections and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the payment lifecycle The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate collections a good understanding of CRM processes excellent negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Manage postsales collections from customers as per payment schedules and company policies Track customer payment milestones and ensure timely followup on due and overdue payments Maintain accurate customer records payment status and collection updates in the CRM system Coordinate with Sales Finance Legal and Project teams to resolve customer queries related to payments and agreements Engage with customers through calls emails and meetings to ensure smooth collection of dues Negotiate payment plans and resolve collectionrelated issues while maintaining positive customer relationships Generate collection reports aging analysis and MIS reports for management review Ensure compliance with company policies RERA guidelines and contractual obligations Support customers during postsales processes including documentation payment reminders and handoverrelated activities Escalate critical collection issues and recommend appropriate resolutions Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of CRM processes and customer lifecycle management Experience in postsales collections within the real estate industry Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer grievances professionally Positive analytical and reporting skills Proficiency in MS Excel CRM software and collection tracking systems Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Commerce Finance Marketing or related field 23 years of experience in CRM Collections PostSales Collections or Customer Relationship Management within the Real Estate sector Preferred Experience Experience working with residential commercial or plotted development projects Familiarity with payment plans customer agreements registration processes and possession handover procedures Knowledge of ERP CRM platforms such as Salesforce SAP Oracle or industryspecific real estate CRM tools CTC As per company standards and candidate experience Reporting To CRM Manager Collections Manager
