Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our bridal and fashion store. The candidate will be responsible for store management, customer handling, team coordination, sales, inventory management, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage and guide the sales and store team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Handle bridal and designer wear sales and customer consultations.
- Maintain proper stock and inventory records.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing products and ensure accurate stock management.
- Coordinate with designers, tailors, vendors, and other internal teams.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of bridal and designer collections.
- Handle customer orders, fittings, alterations, and delivery coordination.




- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain billing, sales records, and daily store reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Support management in implementing sales and business strategies.
- Stay updated with fashion, bridal wear, and customer preferences.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Store Management / Retail Management .
- Good knowledge of Fashion, Bridal Wear, Boutique, or Designer Wear will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Good sales and target-achievement skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Store Management / Retail / Fashion / Bridal Wear.
- Candidates with experience in fashion boutiques, bridal stores, designer wear, or premium retail will be preferred.
- Graduation preferred.
- Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad .
- Strong leadership, customer-handling, and sales-management skills are required.
