Salary: Rs 3,20,000 - Rs 3,50,000 per annum
Variable pay: Rs 25,000 - Rs 35,000

We are looking for a dedicated customer service associate to deliver people-focused customer interactions. The primary focus is to drive brand loyalty through exceptional service and digital-first support. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues across various digital and voice channels.
3. Execute technical support tasks and troubleshoot basic user problems.
4. Apply analytical problem-solving to improve the overall support experience.
5. Integrate customer feedback to refine service quality and efficiency.
6. Collaborate with dedicated teams to maintain digital trust and safety.
7. Manage daily interactions with a focus on revenue generation and brand growth.
