The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and the ability to work closely with leadership for strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliationsPrepare and maintain accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filingsHandle audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditorsMonitor cash flow, budgeting,
