Business Development ManagerWe’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, build strong business relationships, pitch effectively, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.What you'll doGenerate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.Identify and engage potential clients and business partners.Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.Drive client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.Research new markets and identify potential business opportunities.Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.What we're looking forExcellent command of English is mandatory.4–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Partnerships.Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.Strong communication, negotiation,
