Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop

high‑quality, learner-centred learning experiences for

external audiences , aligned to defined learning objectives, experience frameworks, and curriculum standardsExecute externally focused learning strategy , producing instructional designs, storyboards, scripts, slide decks, facilitator guides, participant materials, and supporting assetsDevelop digital, blended, and instructor‑led learning experiences

intended for clients, partners, and ecosystem participants, using established templates, tools, and design standardsLeverage AI‑enabled tools

to accelerate the creation of draft learning designs, storyboards, scripts, and content outlines, applying instructional expertise to validate, refine, and finalise outputsApply sound instructional and learning experience design judgment

to ensure AI‑assisted outputs meet learning objectives,



skilled audience expectations, and *** University quality standards

Qualifications3–6 years of experience in

instructional design, learning design, or learning experience design , ideally supporting external or professional audiencesDemonstrated experience delivering

end‑to‑end learning assets , from design through development and buildStrong understanding of

adult learning principles

and learning experience design best practicesDemonstrated ability to

use AI‑enabled tools to support content development , including drafting designs, scripts, or learning assets, with clear accountability for final outputs

Preferred QualificationsExperience designing learning for

external, client‑facing, or professional audiencesFamiliarity with common learning authoring tools such as

Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar platformsExperience developing

video‑based or media‑rich learning experiencesExperience using AI‑enabled content creation tools (e.g., Synthesia or similar), or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply AI tools to improve efficiency in learning design and development workflowsComfort working within a

global delivery model

with distributed, cross‑functional teamsWillingness and ability to work in the 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM shift. or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
