Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creatives for:Performance adsSocial media posts, stories, and carouselsWebsite and landing pagesE-commerce banners and product listing assetsWhatsApp and CRM communicationPackaging, product inserts, and print collateralWork closely with copywriters, video editors, marketers, and external agenciesUse AI-powered creative tools to explore visual directions, generate assets,



and improve production efficiencyRequirementsStrong command of design fundamentals, including:TypographyLayout and compositionVisual hierarchyColour theoryProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design softwareAbility to create original visual directions rather than relying only on existing templatesAbility to balance brand aesthetics with performance and conversion goalsGood to HaveExperience designing for D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brandsExperience creating performance ad creatives and performance marketing assetsKnowledge of packaging and print designFamiliarity with Figma, After Effects, Canva, or motion designFamiliarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platformsThis role is for someone who treats graphic design as a craft-not just software execution.
