Location: The Rosary School, Viman Nagar Employment Type: Full-timeDepartment: AcademicsAbout the RoleThe Rosary School has introduced Finance & Entrepreneurship as a new subject to help students develop practical financial awareness, an entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to make informed decisions in the real world.We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Finance & Entrepreneurship Teacher who can introduce students to the fundamentals of money, finance, business and entrepreneurship through engaging, practical and age-appropriate learning experiences.The ideal candidate should be able to move beyond textbook teaching and help students understand how financial concepts apply to everyday life — from budgeting and saving to understanding businesses, identifying opportunities, solving problems and developing ideas.Desired Skills & Competencies-Strong understanding of basic finance, financial literacy and entrepreneurship.-Ability to simplify financial and business concepts for school-age students.-Strong communication and presentation skills.-A practical,



activity-oriented approach to teaching.-Ability to connect classroom learning with real-world situations.-Creative and innovative approach to lesson planning.-Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.-Ability to mentor and encourage students to develop and articulate their own ideas.-Comfortable using technology, presentations, digital tools and contemporary examples in teaching.-Strong organisational and planning skills.-A genuine interest in developing financially aware, independent and enterprising young people.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship or a related field.Prior teaching experience in a school environment would be an advantage.Candidates with relevant experience in financial education, entrepreneurship education, business, banking, finance or training may also be considered.
