The company emphasizes fast, reliable delivery, enabling clients to accelerate growth and achieve measurable business outcomes.Location: Dubai, UAEExperience: 7–10+ YearsOutSystems Architecture Experience: 2–4+ YearsEmployment Type: Contractual/ Full-TimeWork Mode: Onsite – DubaiAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced OutSystems Architect to lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications and web services.The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in OutSystems architecture and development, along with experience in enterprise integrations, application performance, security, DevOps, and end-to-end SDLC delivery.Experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain is mandatory, along with strong experience in Salesforce integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign scalable and future-ready OutSystems application architectures, including high-level and low-level solution designs.Define application architecture, data models, integration layers, workflows, and reusable components.Lead end-to-end application development from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment,



and production support.Develop complex business logic, workflows, UI components, and responsive enterprise applications using OutSystems.Integrate OutSystems applications with Salesforce, external databases, legacy systems, third-party APIs, and enterprise platforms.Lead performance optimization across the application, database, infrastructure, front-end, and OutSystems platform.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues.Manage application deployment cycles and environment configurations using OutSystems LifeTime.Implement application security practices, including role-based access control and data protection.Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.Mentor and guide OutSystems developers and contribute to technical capability building.Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and future-ready technical solutions.Stay updated with the latest OutSystems features and capabilities and evaluate their application within enterprise solutions.Prepare comprehensive technical and business documentation, solution designs, and training materials.Conduct knowledge-sharing and user training sessions when required.Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, infrastructure, support,
