Description: The role of SCM Analyst focuses on IBP Supply with a secondary skill in APO PP/DS or ePP/DS in S4/HANA.

The candidate will primarily engage in implementation and configuration of the entire production planning flow, especially in Engineer-To-Order (ETO) scenarios, Materials Management, and Quality Management.

Specific skills/experience required: - A university degree or diploma from a specialized school. - 3-5 years relevant experience primarily in IBP Supply with secondary skill in APO Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), preferably with S4 HANA. - Expertise in SAP IBP Supply implementation and configuration. - Knowledge in MRP, Variant Configuration, Engineering Change Management, and Product Modelling in ETO environment. - Hands-on experience in IBP Response and Supply Module and other modules including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), Demand Management, Inventory Planning & Optimization. - Secondary skill in S4 ePPDS or APO PPDS is mandatory. - Experience in setting up or configuring the entire flow from production planning, capacity planning to S&OP.; - Knowledge in product modelling and MRP in packaging solution businesses.



- Positive understanding of APO and PP integration flow with other SAP modules.

High-level Responsibilities include (not exhaustive): - Provide support to business in each phase acting as backup to GIM SMEs. - Capture requirements from business stakeholders. - Learn and apply the methodology and tools within the organization. - Work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and agile environment.

Order of Prioritization - Must Have Skillset: 1. At least 2-3 implementations of IBP platforms in manufacturing environments with IBP Supply. 2. Hands-on experience in ePP/DS implementation or older version in ECC APO. 3. All-round expert with experience in timeseries based supply planning and optimizer. 4. Strong integration experience with other SAP modules. 5. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for global collaboration. 6. Good to have inside information on SAP roadmaps for the platform.

Contract Period: 12months (Jan’27 – Dec’27)

Work Allocation: 100%

Work Location: Onsite, Chakan ( at least 2-3 days a week)
