The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, communication skills,



and work authorization.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to submission.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and internal databases.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates and team members.Required Skills2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.Good understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.Experience working with W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN Visa, etc.).Strong sourcing skills using job portals and social networking sites.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
