We are hiring on for a Wellness organisation for a Talent Acquisition Head to lead the organisation’s overall hiring strategy and build a strong talent ecosystem across corporate, business, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

- Develop and drive the overall TA strategy aligned with business growth and workforce requirements.
- Build scalable recruitment processes, talent pipelines, and hiring frameworks to support organisational expansion.

2. End-to-End Hiring

- Lead hiring across corporate, business, sales, operations, and other critical functions.
- Drive sourcing, market mapping, assessment, offer management, and timely closure of positions.

3. Vendor Management

- Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners, including empanelment, performance, allocation, and commercials.
- Monitor vendor quality, turnaround time, and hiring outcomes to ensure effective external recruitment support.

4. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team while driving productivity and hiring performance.
- Set transparent recruitment targets and monitor key metrics including TAT, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.





5. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with CXOs, Business Heads, and Functional Leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation, and effective hiring strategies.

6. Recruitment Governance & Analytics

- Track TA metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- Drive recruitment governance, process compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in Wellness, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer, or related sectors.
- Strong experience in end-to-end hiring, team leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
- Experience handling both corporate and business/operational hiring would be preferred.
