We are an integral part of Crane NXT, a $2 billion dollar business with over 5,000 associatesPosition Summary & ObjectiveThe Regional Manager, Human Resources is responsible for effective, compliant, and consistent HR services across their assigned region. The role operates within global frameworks and partners with business leaders to deliver practical solutions across the employee lifecycle, escalation of high-risk matters, and alignment with company standards.Essential Functions Performed by the PositionManage employee relations cases regionally, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomesAdvise managers on employment law, HR policy and procedureEscalate complex, sensitive cases to HR leadership teamEnsure compliance with local labour laws and global governance standardsPartner with site managers and leaders for day-to-day people managementCoach managers in performance management and best practicesDeliver recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingMaintain accurate employee data and HR reportingSupport end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning in partnership with Talent AcquisitionImplement HR policies, processes, and initiatives in regionEmbed company culture and values locallyContribute to change management and organisational initiativesDrive continuous improvement and operational efficiencyMonitor participation in key annual processes (performance appraisals, compensation review,

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.Position QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience:Minimum five years’ management experience in HR generalist/operations rolesExperience with HRIS systemsSolid knowledge of employment law and multi-country HR practicesCertifications/Licenses:CIPD Qualification (UK) of SPHR (US) highly desirableProfessional HR Certification highly desired.Language Proficiency:Fluent in English.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong HR policy and employment law understandingProven experience managing employee relations and advising managers.Experience delivering across the full employee lifecycle.Ability to operate effectively within a global, matrix organisation.Delivers high-quality outcomes within defined frameworks and guidance.Builds strong, credible relationships with managers and stakeholders.Applies sound judgement and knows when to escalate.Proactive, structured, and solutions-focused.Understands and applies best practice (“knows what positive looks like”).Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.Effective coaching,
