About the Role

The Marketing team works closely with multiple business lines to drive brand and category / service salience, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. The team operates across multiple verticals including Brand, Performance & Digital, CRM, Creative, Social, and

Partnerships.

What you will do:

- Act as the marketing partner for Specialty Pharma business, helping drive awareness, adoption and growth for the portfolio
- Build marketing plans for priority therapy areas / portfolios, with a clear focus on awareness, education, consideration and conversion
- Develop a robust understanding of the customer journey across specialty medicines, including barriers to discovery, trust, access and repeat usage
- Lead GTM strategy and execution across channels including platform, CRM, social, performance marketing and offline, wherever required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, design, content, performance, CRM, product and analytics to bring campaigns and interventions to life.




- Track performance using defined success metrics and drive continuous optimization through post-campaign learnings and business feedback.

What are we looking for:

- 3–5 years of experience in brand building, category marketing or growth marketing
- Strong ownership mindset with comfort in driving initiatives end-to-end.
- Ability to work across multiple portfolios, shifting priorities and fast-paced timelines.
- Strong balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor.
- Ability to translate business priorities and customer insights into clear marketing plans.
- Structured problem solving and strong stakeholder management skills.
