Mochitha’s Moksha, a reputed destination and travel management company based in Vattiyoorkavu, Thiruvananthapuram, invites applications from experienced and responsible drivers for our regional tour operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate company vehicles for airport and railway transfers, local sightseeing, pilgrimage circuits and multi-day regional tours.
* Follow approved itineraries, reporting times and operational instructions.
* Maintain the vehicle in excellent, clean and trip-ready condition.
* Assist senior citizens, women, families and other travellers with patience and courtesy.
* Maintain trip sheets and submit accurate fuel, toll, parking and other expense records.
* Protect guest privacy and uphold the professional reputation of Mochitha’s Moksha.
* Cooperate responsibly during emergencies, breakdowns and unexpected travel situations.
**Candidate Requirements**
* Valid driving licence and all legally required authorisations.
* Minimum **5 years of professional driving experience**, preferably in tourism or destination management.
* Strong knowledge of Kerala and South Indian routes.
* Experience in long-distance and multi-day tour operations.
* Ability to use Google Maps and basic smartphone applications.
* Basic conversational ability in **Malayalam, Hindi and English**.
* Secure driving record with no history of reckless driving, substance abuse or serious traffic violations.
* Punctual, physically fit, well-groomed and disciplined.
* Willingness to undertake early-morning departures, overnight stays and outstation assignments.
* Respectful understanding of temple visits, pilgrimage schedules and the needs of spiritual travellers.
