Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, generate business, manage client relationships, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Key Responsibilities -Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new leads through various channels and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and property presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Develop sales strategies and implement plans to increase bookings and revenue.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.




- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers until closure.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, bookings, and sales activities.
- Train and mentor junior sales executives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management software.
