Job Overview: We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Voice Process & Technical Support Executive proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing technical assistance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions or alternatives.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Communicate clearly in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with customers.
- Follow call scripts, processes, and quality guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Achieve individual and team productivity, quality,



and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, call center procedures, and compliance standards.
- RequirementsProficiency in English, Hindi & Punjabi is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 months of relevant voice process/customer support experience is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM/support tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and patience when handling customers.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a target-driven setting.
- Technical support experience will be an added advantage.
