- Lead and manage sales of Eicher Small Commercial Vehicles in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Develop recent customers and generate business through field visits, market mapping and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, fleet owners, business owners, contractors and individual customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in Ahilyanagar and nearby areas.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry and quotation to booking, finance coordination and vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with the finance team, dealership management and workshop/service team to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer requirements.
- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure proper CRM/data reporting.
- Participate in customer meets, exhibitions, roadshows and local marketing activities.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in automobile/commercial vehicle sales preferred.
- Experience in commercial vehicle, LCV, SCV, truck or automobile sales will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the local Ahilyanagar market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong field-sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- Should be comfortable with extensive local travel and field visits.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel are preferred.
- Candidates with an existing network among transporters, fleet owners and business customers will be preferred.
