Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to net banking
- Assist with login issues and password resets
- Resolve transaction-related concerns
- Provide accurate information and timely solutions
- Update customer interaction records
Required Skills:
- Positive communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic banking knowledge preferred
Salary:
- Fixed CTC: ₹15,700/month
- Shift Allowance: ₹2,600/month
- Total CTC: Up to ₹18,300/month
- In-Hand: ₹15,100/month
