Position: Telecaller – Banking Collections

Location: Noida

Joining: Immediate

Salary & Openings:

- 20 Positions – Fresher/Experienced | ₹12,000–₹15,000 | Non-DRA
- 30 Positions – Customer Service Experience | ₹15,000–₹18,000 | Non-DRA
- 40 Positions – Fresher/Experienced | ₹16,000–₹20,000 | DRA

Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000/month + Incentives

- Eligibility10+2 / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Hindi communication is mandatory
- Basic English preferred
- Job RoleMake outbound calls for EMI and payment reminders
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments
- Update CRM and maintain accurate call records
