Position: Showroom Sales Executive for Mattress Store

Compensation: Fixed + Incentive

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers at our retail stores, understanding their needs, and advising on the best-suited products.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints by providing the best possible solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient store merchandising in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to team efforts in achieving sales targets and maintaining a customer-centric store workplace.

Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years in Retail Sales, experience in furniture sales would be considered a plus.

Education and Skills Required:

- A minimum education qualification of 12th grade or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, demonstrating strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Tamil.
- A valid driving license.
