- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on HT/LT systems, motors, and electrical panels.
- System Optimization: Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs (e.g., Siemens), SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems.
- Foundry Equipment Support: Maintain specialized machinery, including induction furnaces, sand plants, and core shooters.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery adheres to safety regulations, electrical standards, and statutory norms.
- Project Management: Lead equipment erection, commissioning, and energy-saving initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain logs of maintenance, repairs,
