Dental Assistant – Pune

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, polite, and detail-oriented Female Dental Assistant to support the dentist in daily clinical and administrative operations. Freshers with a willingness to learn, as well as candidates with prior dental/nursing assistant experience, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during clinical procedures, including handing instruments and managing suction/isolation.

Sterilize dental instruments using an autoclave and maintain proper infection-control standards.

Greet patients, make them comfortable, and provide basic post-treatment instructions.

Prepare instrument trays and organize dental materials before procedures.





Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and ensure adequate stock of supplies.

Support front-desk activities such as appointment scheduling, patient entry, and phone inquiries when required.

Maintain a professional, polite, and patient-friendly workplace.

Requirements

Female candidates preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Prior experience as a Dental Assistant/Nursing Assistant will be an advantage.

Basic communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn dental procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
