Collection Team Leader is responsible for managing daily recovery operations, guiding a team of collection agents, and ensuring collection targets are achieved while following company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the performance of collection agents.
- Handle and coordinate office callers and field executives.
- Assign daily targets and follow up on team performance.
- Guide, train, and motivate team members to achieve recovery targets.
- Handle difficult customer cases and resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor daily collections and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and according to company guidelines.

Salary & Advantages:

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
