Job SummaryWe are looking for a target-oriented and energetic Field Sales Executive responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads through field visits, references, networking, and other sources.
- Visit potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and promote products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Required Skills1–4 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B or B2C Sales.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Good convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting customers.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
- Valid two-wheeler/driving license preferred.
QualificationGraduate in any discipline preferred.
Preferred CandidateCandidates who are comfortable with extensive field work, lead generation, client meetings, and achieving monthly sales targets will be preferred.
