We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Executive / Excel Expert for our diamond company. Candidate must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, reporting, and data management.

Job Description:

Candidate will manage daily data entry, maintain stock and business records, prepare Excel reports, check data accuracy, update purchase/sales data, and handle large Excel files. Candidate should be able to work efficiently with formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleaning, and reconciliation.

Key Requirements:

Experience in diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or data management work is preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Data Formatting, Data Cleaning, MIS Reports, and basic computer operations is required.
