**DesiVidesi** is a growing women’s Indo-Western fashion brand, and we’re looking for a responsible & organised **Operations Executive** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• End-to-end order processing, confirmation & dispatch

• Handling customer calls, WhatsApp & Instagram queries

• Assisting customers with product, sizing, delivery & exchange queries

• Courier coordination, tracking & follow-ups till delivery

• Managing returns, exchanges, RTOs & delivery issues

• Inventory coordination & Shopify/backend order management

• Maintaining order, sales, dispatch & MIS reports

• Coordinating with the team for smooth day-to-day operations

**What We’re Looking For:**

• Minimum **1–2 years of relevant experience**

• Good communication & customer-handling skills

• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

• Solid coordination & follow-up skills

• E-commerce / retail experience is a plus
