Relationship Manager – Raaya Sites

Work Mode: Work From Office – Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:25 AM sharp to 6:30 PM (30 min. extension, if we are in middle of a conversation)

About the Role

Raaya Sites is looking for a mature, responsible and highly professional Relationship Manager to take ownership of buyer, seller and property coordination.

This is a 100% office-based role. The RM will be the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, field agents and walk-in visitors and will be responsible for keeping property-related activities moving smoothly through our software and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete movement of properties through the Raaya Sites software.
- Assist sellers with registering and listing their properties.
- Coordinate with Field Executives to collect property details and photographs.
- Coordinate buyer site visits through our Field Executives.
- Regularly communicate with buyers, sellers and Field Executives.
- Monitor property, buyer and seller activities and ensure information is kept up to date.
- Follow up with qualified enquiries generated through digital marketing and Meta campaigns.
- Make cold calls and develop genuine buyer and seller enquiries.
- Handle buyers, sellers, agents and walk-in visitors professionally.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Escalate important issues appropriately and work closely with management.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree – any discipline.
- 30 years or above.
- Fluent spoken Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Mature,



calm and professional approach.
- Solid sense of responsibility, discipline and commitment.
- Comfortable speaking with different types of customers and handling difficult situations.
- Must be comfortable with regular calling and follow-up.
- Basic computer and software skills.
- Must be able to reliably reach the Vijayanagar office by 9:25 AM every working day.

Significant: Work Location & Timings

This is a strictly office-based position.

Monday to Saturday | 9:25 AM to 6:45 PM

The role requires the RM to be physically present in the office every working day because Raaya Sites may receive buyers, sellers, property representatives and agents directly at the office.

Candidates who cannot reliably commute to the Vijayanagar office and report by 9:25 AM should not apply.

Compensation

Initial Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month for the initial two months.

Based on commitment, discipline, performance and suitability for the role, the fixed salary may be revised to ₹30,000/month, plus applicable monthly incentives.

Incentives

Performance-based monthly incentives are provided for successful property transactions.

Targets

There are no fixed monthly sales targets. However, the role requires consistent effort, regular follow-up, ownership and measurable progress.
