The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, providing product information, and driving sales through excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Understand and communicate basic information about our computer products/services to potential customers.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and explanations to showcase key features and advantages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.




- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of computer technology and products.
