- फिनिशिंग विभाग के दैनिक कार्यों की निगरानी करना।
- कपड़ों की finishing, checking, ironing, folding और packing सुनिश्चित करना।
- Buyer के quality standards के अनुसार final quality check करवाना।
- Production target और timely dispatch सुनिश्चित करना।
- फिनिशिंग स्टाफ/वर्कर्स को काम आवंटित करना और उनकी productivity देखना।
- Defects को identify करके correction करवाना।
- Packing, tagging, size-wise और quantity-wise accuracy सुनिश्चित करना।
- Production और Quality विभाग के साथ coordination करना।
- फिनिशिंग से संबंधित daily production/reporting maintain करना।
