Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Communicate with prospective customers in English and Hindi.
- Explain the company's products and services professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM or lead management system.
- Achieve daily calling targets and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/MS Office.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
