A Telesales Representative drives revenue by proactively contacting potential or existing customers via telephone to promote, sell, and upsell products or services. They are responsible for meeting, or exceeding, daily/monthly call volume and sales targets, identifying customer needs, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Leads & Sales: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to convert them into customers.
- Persuasive Selling: Deliver targeted, persuasive sales scripts to highlight product benefits.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, handle customer questions, and address objections to close deals.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and contact information.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Up-selling:
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
