Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Billing Engineer (Civil) who can independently handle project billing, quantity estimation, measurements, and cost-related documentation for construction projects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify RA Bills, Contractor Bills & Vendor Bills
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs & cost estimates
- Take quantities from Architectural & Structural drawings
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB) & billing abstracts
- Prepare BBS & steel quantity calculations
- Perform rate analysis for civil & finishing works
- Check executed quantities against BOQ & approved drawings
- Prepare extra-item, deviation & variation statements
- Handle material reconciliation for steel, cement,
concrete & other materials
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors & Clients
- Track billed value, project cost, balance quantities & work progress
