Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized Receptionist cum Social Media Handler to manage front-desk activities and handle the company's social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing calls and appointments, responding to basic customer queries, and creating and managing social media content.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk

- Welcome and greet visitors, customers, and clients professionally.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor entries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Handle emails, messages, and basic customer inquiries.
- Maintain front-desk records and office documents.
- Coordinate with different departments when required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly reception area.

Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Write captions, hashtags, and basic marketing content.




- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media.
- Coordinate with the design/marketing team for creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement, followers, reach, and performance.
- Maintain a regular social media posting schedule.
- Research current trends, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Support online promotions, lead generation, and brand awareness activities.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic-design tools.
- Good computer knowledge including MS Office, email, and internet.
- Valuable typing and documentation skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional communication.
- Creative thinking and social media awareness.
