Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The role involves developing architectural designs, preparing detailed working drawings for execution, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and conducting regular site visits to ensure the design is executed accurately. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent design skills, and a practical understanding of construction.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentation drawings.
- Develop detailed working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and execution drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Resolve on-site design and construction issues by providing timely technical solutions.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and architectural details where required.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors,



and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Review shop drawings and provide approvals or comments as required.
- RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–6 years of experience in residential, commercial, or interior architecture projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction detailing and working drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project coordination.
