Agarwal & Gehlot Realtors is a Noida-based real estate advisory firm dealing in premium residential and commercial projects of County Group and other leading developers. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can independently run paid campaigns and deliver a steady flow of qualified property enquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch and optimise lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).

• Own the daily ad budget and continuously improve Cost Per Lead (CPL) and lead quality.

• Build landing pages, lead forms and ad creatives, and run A/B tests on copy, creative and audiences.

• Set up and manage tracking - Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking and call tracking.

• Push every lead into the CRM, follow it through to site visit and booking, and report campaign ROI to management.

• Manage organic presence - website SEO, Google Business Profile, YouTube and the social media content calendar.

• Run WhatsApp, email and SMS re-targeting campaigns to revive old and cold leads.





• Share a weekly MIS report on spend, leads, CPL, site visits and conversions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns. Real estate experience is a plus, not a must.

• Practical, self-driven working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads - you should have handled live budgets yourself.

• Comfortable with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.

• Good English for writing ad copy and reporting to management.

• Graduate in any stream. A digital marketing certification is an advantage.
