We are looking for a Service Engineer with basic knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. The candidate should be willing to learn, undergo training, and develop technical skills in computer servicing and support.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to customers and clients.
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Attend training programs and apply learned skills in the field.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
- Valuable problem-solving skills.
- ITI, Diploma, or any relevant technical qualification preferred.
