We are hiring Civil Engineers for our Property Valuation team for the Trichy location.

Position: Civil Engineer – Property Valuation

Location: Trichy

Experience: 0 – 3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Including Allowances)

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Field Work

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property site inspections and verify land/building details





• Perform measurements and boundary verification using FMB sketches

• Assess land value and estimate construction costs

• Compare Government Guideline Value with market rates

• Prepare valuation reports for bank loan processing

Candidate Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of civil and property-related concepts

• Willingness to travel for field visits

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Freshers with robust interest in property valuation can also apply
