? Key Responsibilities:
? Source candidates through job portals, recruitment platforms, databases, and other suitable channels.
? Create and manage job advertisements to attract relevant candidates.
? Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
? Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and coordinate interview schedules.
? Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
? Coordinate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
? Prepare and coordinate offer letter rollouts for selected candidates.
? Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates using HR/recruitment software.
? Assist with payroll management and salary disbursement activities as required.
? Maintain recruitment reports and track candidate status from sourcing to joining.
? Communicate with candidates professionally and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
? Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, as per skill and experience
