We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele-Sales Executive to promote and sell Ayurveda & Wellness Packages over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales,
and the ability to understand customer needs to provide the right travel solutions.
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to sell Ayurveda & Wellness Packages
Explain the treatments & products, offers, and itineraries to potential customers.
Identify customer needs, recommend suitable packages, and close sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments in CRM.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated with travel destinations, offers, and industry trends.
Attend Weekly trainings and meetings to understand new products and offers
