Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control Engineer to join our plastic manufacturing unit in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in quality control, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry, with a good understanding of inspection, testing, and quality standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming raw materials and finished plastic products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and other quality inspections.
- Identify defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks during different stages of production.
- Assist in identifying the root cause of quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and defect rates.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to improve product quality.




- Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of quality records.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
- Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plastic products, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection methods.
- Good understanding of measurement tools and inspection techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining quality reports.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
