The Assistant Manager – Referral Marketing will be responsible for developing and managing the hospital’s referral network and strengthening skilled relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, corporate organizations, and other healthcare partners. The role will focus on increasing patient referrals, improving referral conversion, promoting hospital services, and achieving assigned business targets. The candidate will coordinate with internal hospital departments to ensure a smooth experience for referred patients and will supervise referral marketing activities, field visits, doctor engagement programs, CME activities, health camps, and other promotional initiatives.
